I received the best birthday present ever this year. Friday night I went out with a few friends for dinner and while we were having a few drinks in the bar someone came up behind me and put their hands over my eyes. I felt the hands and had no idea who it might of been. When I turned around I found it was my mother. While this may not seem like a big deal to most it was to me. A little over three months ago she moved from living about a hour away from me in New York to Florida. I didn't think she would be able to get time off and come up for my birthday and spend the weekend with me. I was so surprised that I started crying in the middle of the bar we were in. She told me not to cry or I would run my mascara by I didn't care. My mom was there and that was all that mattered to me. To make things even better she doesn't have to go back until Tuesday.

Busy Busy

Now that that one is finished I can concentrate on the next "Destinies" book. Damian has been waiting patiently for me while I finished Hidden Alpha. By patiently I mean, I think he went on vacation. He hasn't been bothering me to get his story out and has been a good boy. Now that Hidden Alpha is finished he has come home and is telling me his story almost faster than I can write.
I have also been planning a BDSM book for a while and am working on that now too. I have about 10K done on Damian's book and 7K on the other so far. I hope to have them both finished around the same time so they can be released close together.
As for my Destinies series. Damian's book is obviously next but for those of you that read No Escape from Destiny I also plan to write Mikhaila and Marcus's story and Lucian will also be getting his HEA. There is a new character I will be introducing in Damian's book that may also get his own story. So far I have at least four book planned for that series but as the stories evolve I will probably be adding more.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the book and yes there are at least three if not more books that will be in this series. Damian's book is in the works right now and I will be working harder on it as soon as I send in the one that I have almost finished in to the publisher. It is about wolf shifters and I hope everyone enjoys them as much as they enjoyed the vampires.

I received this review in April also and was so excited that someone loved the book that much. If the person that wrote that review happens to view this blog. You will definitively want to read the next one. Believe it or not a third male character wiggled his sexy ass into the story. So instead of two men you will be able to enjoy the love shared between three sexy, hot, rock hard, wolf shifters.

Thank you for joining me on this blog hop and giveaway. We have all decided to tell you a story of our most memorable time some gave us chocolate and/or roses.
As cliche at it may sound the most memorable time I received roses was when my husband proposed to me. We were having a combined party for his son's fifth birthday and our son's second. Since it was a birthday party for our children there were lots of family member there. We had just finshed having cake and ice cream and I my mother and I were cleaning up the kitchen while the kids played with all the new presents. It had been a few minutes and I had asked someone where he had gone. No one seemed to know.
I heard the front door shut which was strange because we never use that door and was going to go investigate when he walked into the kitchen with a dozen pink roses in his hand.
We had been hinting about getting married but never really discussed it seriously. He held the flowers out to me with a ring box in his other hand. I was actually speachless (me who can't stop talking for five seconds). He asked if I would marry him and put the ring on my finger. I'm not sure who was crying more. Him, me, or my mother.
After I was done crying and could compose myself again everyone wanted to know if that was a "yes"? I said of course it is. I couldn't believe I was finally marrying the man I loved and wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
We have been married for ten years this June and now have three wonderful children. While things haven't always been perfect we have survived and will continue on.
While I would love to share some pictures with you sadly when I switched computers I seem to have misplaced a lot of my pictures and cannot find any of them from that day. While I can't share those pictures with you I can share this one. I recently took the kids on vacation for ten days and my husband stayed home. When we got back the day after Easter, these were waiting on the kitchen table for me along with Easter treats for the kids.
